Every thought, action and behavior is a symbol of who you are as a man. Being Mr Nice and Overly Accommodating is unattractive to women because it fails to demonstrate confidence and leadership; two qualities that EVERY woman NEEDS in a man. Without these qualities, she will never respect and admire you. Remember, she wants to be proud of the man she is with as her status in dealing with others is tied to the man she is dating.

Why do you think women LOVE to read gossip magazines and Perezhilton.com? It is because they have an instinctual interest in the relationships of other women. “Oh your with a new man, what does he do?” What their really asking is, oh your with a new guy? Did your social currency just increase or decrease? Demonstrating  confidence when dating a woman, demonstrates that your not a girly man, that your not her servant and that you have a life of your own. It also shows that your not bothered by rejection or failure. That you have your life under control.  It shows you are happy with yourself, and are not looking to fill a void in your life. Every man has one kinda dorky past time he likes to do. I don’t care how cool and mature the guy comes off. Trust me, there is something he likes to do that you will think is so dorky that you will be a bit embarrassed by it and never understand why he has any interest in doing it at all. So whats the point? Let your man have his one dorky thing. Now, by letting him have his one stupid thing, I don’t mean that should count as quality time together. If he thinks you sitting on his bed watching him play video games is quality time, its time to dump him and find a new man. What I mean is that if he wants to play his Xbox, or manage his baseball card collection, or watch vintage shows on the tv, go to a Star Wars geek convention, every now and then. Let him. Don’t make him feel bad about it, don’t give him a hard time about. Just let him do it and get it out of his system.

If he has two or three or four dorky past times, you are likely dating a pretty dorky guy. So be consciously aware that you may be dating a dorky guy, but no worries,  if he makes you  feel the way you want to, then don’t worry about what anyone else thinks. So what’s the best way to tell a guy your not interested? Also, why the hell won’t he leave you alone? Why do people become obsessed with other people? Why do some have such a tough time moving on? THE ANSWER: It is because of our emotions. Our emotions make for a chemical romance, an addiction to love that is tough to beat. Like crack, only more painful.

So what exactly is the best way to tell a guy to move one? Sorry but their is no best or right way to tell a man to beat it. Men are hunters, and as any attractive 20 something year old girl will tell you, when a man locks in, he locks in. Sure the girl may start dating, but their are always men on the periphery of the relationship ready to pounce when something goes wrong. Need a shoulder to cry on? I bet 5 guys are their lined up for you and your probably thinking ”awww isn’t Brad such a gentleman”? Men do care, but don’t be fooled. They want more than to just console you.  Until the man finds another girl and develops feeling for her, he will always in his subconsious  hold a small amount of hope that an opportunity may arise that would allow him to have you the way he wants. Why do men cheat? I touched on this in a previous post on men moving too fast sexually and why it bothers girls to no end. It boils down to THREE things: 1) Sex drive determined by genetics 2) women who empower men to cheat (it takes two to tango and men are cheating with another woman), and 3) men who are not in love with you because they are not satisfied with themselves.  All the men who cheat will fall into one of these three categories, its that simple. Once you understand why men cheat, you should definitely read up on how to spot  a cheating boyfriend , the 19 deadly signs of cheating, and how to understand men to round you out. Though honestly, if  your man is cheating you will find out. Were not that clever.

Men cheat because of sex drive as determined by our genetics. Our genetics were determined by our ancestors, and our ancestors were not monogamous. For men, any extra sex outside of a committed relationship is a freebie; a genetic bonus for us to spread our selves out in the gene pool. Their is no risk (or was no risk if we consider 1000 years ago) for us to cheat as we do not get pregnant and are not saddled with the responsibility for careing for the child. The girl is. We (men and women) are NOT descended from males who turned down opportunities to have sex. As such, that trait, that high sex drive, is carried forward perpetually to each and every new generation. Regardless of ethics, it is ironic how women complain about men’s infidelity, but that infidelity is why we are all here today. Is it right? Is it fair? With the US economy on life support and everyone unemployed, under employed, over worked, and under paid. It is causing quite a stirr in breakups and relationships. Normally when you call it quits with someone, you move on and cut off all contact with one another. But more and more, particularly for financial reasons, couples are being forced to stay together because well “I can’t pay my car, rent, utilities, insurance, food, retirement, student loans on a 15$ an hour job with no benefits”. This question I got is a good example of the mess a lot of people are in. Here is the question and my solution:

My ex boyfriend and I bought a one bedroom apartment together. The problem is that we broke up but still currently live together because I can not afford to live on my own, and he cannot afford to live on his own either because it is just too expensive. He keeps bringing back girls and hanging out in the living room and the bedroom. Its one bedroom, so if he is in the living room I’m trapped in the bedroom or vice versa.
